Antarctica 2020

While planning for this trip to Antarctica, I had a few images in mind I had hoped to photograph. This is one of them. I invisioned a penguin or group of penguins alone on a massive iceberg creating an interesting composition. What I didn’t expect was the wonderful flow of the ice as it cuts across the image or the comic poses of the penguins. This is some of the fun of being a wildlife conservation photographer; you can have an idea in mind, but nature always does it better.
