Iceland is a place filled with stories and legends. A place where dragons and trolls roamed the earth. Sailors tell stories of sea monsters. Here, HvÃtserkur stands 50 feet up out of the water and is often called rhino rock. What most people see is a dragon drinking from the ocean or a two eyed sea monster rising up out of the ocean. Formed from an ancient volcano plug this basalt scaly sea stack is all that remains.
