Chicago 2022

Limited edition print of 6 – The Bean in Chicago, also known as Cloud Gate, is a popular tourist attraction in the city. There is something so beautiful about looking into the polished surface and seeing your surroundings reflected behind you. The day before this photo was taken was stormy in Chicago. Up to that day, we have had a wonderfully beautiful fall season where the colors seemed more vibrant than in years past. Knowing that the surfaces surrounding The Bean can retain water after a good storm, I wanted to capture a reflection shot while bringing in the city’s surroundings.
